Taught by our level 3 Reiki master. Intentional meditation is a type of meditation where you set an intension and focus your thoughts on that intension.
The idea is that by focusing your attention on your intention, you can create a clear and focused mental space. this can help you to be more aware of your thoughts and feeling, and better able to handle them. It can also help you to be more mindful of the present moment and to be more in tune with your intuition.
