we will have intermittent visual meditations, guided meditations and sound baths. Jylls famous tea blends will be served.
And just for fun we will have open meditation! So if your feeling adventurous to strut your meditation skills you can lead a short meditation of your choosing. This is a fun and open forum to connect with fellow spiritual seekers. Bring a friend!!!
